| Goosetown Communications' exclusive Platinum Plus Lease program is designed to allow customers to lease new Motorola radio equipment, including installation and high performance service. The program is for a five year period, and offers customers the advantage of a fixed cost associated with their radio system. The Platinum Plus Lease is backed by Goosetown Communications' quality service organization.
The Platinum Plus Lease package is backed by our high performance service agreement, which includes replacement radios for units requiring repair at our facility, and a 95% guarantee of same day response for service calls received prior to noon. Service calls received after noon will be handled no later than the following business day. Goosetown's centralized location in Rockland County gives us the ability to respond to a request for emergency service with a technician's on-site response in less than one hour from the time a call is received. Our commitment to total quality service is supported by our investment in state-of-the-art service equipment. All installations will meet the Motorola R-56 quality standards for fixed network equipment installations. All fixed site equipment is covered by 24x7 maintenance.
